Sharing the Valentine’s Day love through a practical series I am starting.
I also built an AI time tracking app. I'm sharing how to build it yourself.
Hope you’ll enjoy both and find it useful.
4 weeks, 4 skills to explore
I watched this 50-sec video with Sam Altman (OpenAI CEO) the other day.
👉 Check the video here.
The question he was asked: What do you think is the most important skill that people should learn in the age of AI?
Sam's answer: Skills like becoming high-agency, getting good at generating ideas, being very resilient, and being very adaptable to a rapidly changing world. I think these are all learnable.
I rolled my eyes. Ok, but HOW?
It's not like the old “hard” skills (like math or engineering). You get a problem, you solve it or not. You want to become good at math, for example. Well, it’s clearer on WHAT TO DO and how much it takes.
The world changed. Today's leaders look backward and see patterns, but the HOW is different. Their playbook doesn't work the same. We might need to learn by experiencing it with others in the messy middle.

Future of Work with AI Agents - Stanford University
A Stanford study showcases a shift towards interpersonal skills. McKinsey also mentions ‘four foundational AI mindsets: curiosity, adaptability, responsibility, and human-centered thinking’.
There is a pattern when we talk about skills or mindset, don’t you think?
As we all stand in the messy middle - that inflection point that feels overwhelming and uncertain, I thought focusing more on the HOW instead of what can be more productive.
So, what’s next?
4 weeks, 4 skills to explore.
Practical (as something I would read).
What to expect:
What the skill means in different scenarios.
How to evaluate how much you already have.
Clear actions to start nurturing it - simple, measurable, that can translate into our primitive brain as "progress".
AI Time Tracking App
I built something simple and personally tailored to answer the question:
Where is my time going?
Because we change what we measure.
It uses AI to transform raw activity logs into actionable coaching reports.
No code, just prompts.
