14-Day Experiment: A Sprint to Close the Quarter

Building daily momentum to wrap up half of 2025!

Reading time: 2 min

This week’s experiment is a bit different. I’m not sharing something I’ve done, but inviting you into something I want to do. And maybe, you’ll want to join me.

As of June, I’m wrapping up 9 months in NYC. Like any good story, this feels like the end of chapter one. I’ve set aside time to reflect, assess things objectively, and shape what comes next.

Postcard: 9 months in NYC. When did time fly so fast?

Since January, I’ve been experimenting more proactively with planning life in quarters. And now, June marks a clear milestone: the end of Q2 and the end of the first half of 2025

In the corporate world, that’s a time to review performance, reset strategies, and refine plans. I believe life sometimes needs that lens, too.

So here’s the experiment:

14 days. Daily working session. 1 hour.
 6 a.m. ET (1 p.m. for my Romanian friends).

It’s a daily commitment to show up and take action on a task that gets you closer to your goals: work project, personal project, reading, anything. You choose. No need to share unless you want to. We join silently, work for an hour, and chat (if we feel like it) at the end.

We start on Tuesday, June 10th.

Here’s what I had in mind when I designed it:

  • Make it simple to follow,

  • Use it as a momentum starter,

  • Make it social (because it’s more fun with others).

Now, of course, I had my inner saboteur wondering: What if no one shows up? Will I lose motivation?

Well, it depends on how the experiment is framed. For me, this is about showing up in public. About staying consistent, even if no one else is there. I’ll track my own presence. Anything beyond that is a bonus (a very nice one if you decide to join).

Hope to see you on the calls!

Hugs,
Silvia
